A 75 MINUTE CLASS WHICH COMBINES THE USE OF A YOGA WHEEL WITH TRADITIONAL YOGA POSTURES.
BOTH SUPPORTIVE AND CHALLENGING, THE WHEEL IS DESIGNED TO OPEN UP AREAS THAT ARE TYPICALLY TIGHT DUE TO MODERN DAY LIVING.
THE YOGA WHEEL EXPANDS THE CHEST AND SHOULDERS, STRETCHES THE HIP FLEXORS, AND REJUVENATES THE SPINE. PREPARE TO GET DEEPER INTO POSTURES AND FEEL SAFE AND SUPPORTED WHILST RAISING THE HEART-RATE.
