"I came to Emma feeling like I needed a lifestyle change, I KNEW I WAS UNHAPPY IN MY 9-5, but it paid well & was security for me, I have a mortgage & drive a nice car so I felt I needed this job! To be honest I felt trapped. I was going through a bad time mentally & something had to change. this specific session changed my life, within a few months I left my 9-5 office job & pursued a career in health & fitness, I had no fear around change as this session had given me a clear mind & I managed to let go of the doubt & fear thanks to Emma's toolkit for life she gives you to deal with any situations! The best thing about spending time with Emma is her relaxed & real approach, she will vulnerably open up about her past and share with you which I think in moments of desperation gives us all hope. I also found a new friend (Mia the dog). I would definitely recommend this session to others & I will continue to work with Emma in the future, and be back for cuddles with Mia too!"
